Andrew Goldberg is a strategy & transformation expert, growth accelerator, market navigator, capability & ecosystem builder, program orchestrator, people leader, and community advocate.

As Founding Principal at DYNAMIK, Andrew designs and implements growth strategies for businesses operating in rapidly changing environments. He draws from deep experience in strategic planning, transformation, organic & inorganic growth, operating model design, and partnership development to help clients overcome maturity, outsmart competitors, mitigate disruption, harness innovation, and assess complex growth options.

While at Cox Communications, he and his team accelerated the growth rate of the B2B Telecom business by over 50%, by moving it up-market and expanding its offerings into cloud computing, cybersecurity, and professional services. Andrew was also accountable for a $100M New Ventures portfolio, steering its three businesses and 100 employees through the pandemic period.

At AOL, he was a key member of the team that navigated the market's shift to broadband, transitioning the business from dial-up communications to digital media and services. And at Bridgevine (a VC-backed ecommerce platform), he led key customer relationships, managed the partner distribution channel, and helped establish the company's SaaS business.

He started his career in Marketing, building and scaling Chick-fil-A's Field Marketing function from the ground up, and later established a strong foundation in corporate strategy as a consultant at Bain & Company.

Based in Atlanta, Andrew serves on the boards of the Atlanta Community Food Bank and the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. He is also a Leadership Atlanta alum (Class of 2024). Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
